Practical steps taken… Developing a hub - Consultation with all stakeholders Property: Location, renovation and financial resources required Service user’s involvement – ongoing Staff: Engagement with staff to clarify, expectations of future roles and ascertain interest and establish suitability Transport: restructured local transport arrangements Ongoing links being built in community Western Care Association - May 2016

What change means for Service Provider…. Move from a model of providing everything internally, to sourcing other agencies/groups in the community to link people into e.g. Development Company, Community Training Centres,Local radio stations, FRC, Secondary schools Learning and Development throughout process Additional support – FAS, Tus, Volunteers Western Care Association - May 2016
