3 About 1/3 of all college seniors have transferred to another school at some point during their college career. ~National Institute for the Study of Transfer Students (NISTS).

12 Mentoring Program Incoming transfer students are paired with an experienced mentor who helps with the difficulties of transferring to NAU! Making connections to the university!

13 College/Major match 1 semester participation Students can choose to continue Meet a minimum of two times Student sets the meeting pace Electronic help

14 Mentor Training All of our mentors are transfer students 1 credit hour class College Reading & Learning Association Training and Certification Additional training before the beginning of the semester Additional training opportunities during the semester
