5 GRPI MODEL What is “GRPI”? GRPI model is a tool used by business teams to increase the effectiveness of their work. GRPI in an acronym that describes a high performance team What does GRPI stand for? G- Goals: The team has clear goals, and all team members understand them. R- Roles and Responsibilities: The work is clearly structured. Everyone contributes and knows his/her responsibilities. P- Processes: The team has determined effective ways to make decisions, resolve conflict and share information. I- Interpersonal Skills: Team members positively relate to one another.
