Utilising existing governance structures to implement the PFPI Framework Helped each Division identify how in “business as usual” it is what we do …

A bit of both really… Develop the people first to understand the what, the why and how Relate it to existing governance and organisational strategies and plans use the time when people are already coming together Link it into Performance targets
