2. When ILL items can be retrieved electronically, your e- mail notice contains a link to the ILLiad system.

3. To access your items, logon with the Username and Password you set up.

4. Select “Articles Received” from the sidebar menu.

5. To view, print, or save PDF of your article, click on Adobe icon under “View”

6. Use your browser’s tools to print or save item.

7. If you accidentally delete an article, click on the “undelete” tool.

8. Then click on the “Undelete” command for the appropriate article.
