2. Step 1 Choose the Survey you want to Analyze

3. Step 2 Click On Analyze Results

4. Step 3 Choose your filter > Filter by Question and Answer > Location Visited then. Check the ones that you want to export and click APPLY. Go to the Export Tab and click, when it collapses choose your format. So if you want EXCEL, click on the far right downward arrow of XLS and click on Download File The Excel format will download all of the questions in tabs with a summary of each already charted for reference as per the attached document.

5. Step 4 If you want the individual data for each so you can filter them out, click on New Export > All Individual Responses then choose.XLS for Format
