Advanced Courses - Pre – AP: Pre Advanced Placement - Prepares students for coursework that models the rigor of college classes - AP: Advanced Placement - Enables students to potentially earn college credit while earning High School credit. - Must score 3+ on end of course exam - Dual Credit - Enables students to earn high school and college credit at the same time (MCC and TSTC) - Student must apply to attend

Absences and Loss of Credit - Must have 90 % attendance to receive credit (even excused absences count against) - If absent: - Parent call that day - Bring a signed parent note when student returns

School Supplies Each teacher will have their own list of supplies needed. In general, expect that your child will need the following: - binder - notebook paper -pens & pencils -pens & pencils - student planner (issued by CHS) - student ID (issued by CHS)
