G-06 Perimeter and Area I can find the perimeter and area of plane and coordinate quadrilaterals.

Definitions The perimeter (P) of a plane figure is the sum of the side lengths of the figure. The area (A) of a plane figure is the number of non-overlapping square units of a given size that exactly cover the figure.

DON’T FORGET THE UNITS Perimeter is expressed in linear units, such as inches (in.) or meters (m). Area is expressed in square units, such as square centimeters (cm 2 ). If units are NOT provided, write (units) for perimeter and (units 2 ) for area.
