3. Create a Template Log into your g-apps account

4. Create a Template Select Drive and Docs

5. Create a Template Click “Create”, then chose “Document” from the drop down box.

6. Create a Template Type your rubric into the document

7. Create a Template Click on “Untitled Document” to rename the rubric.

8. Create a Template Type the title, then click “ok” to save

9. Create a Template When you close the document, it will automatically be saved on your g-apps Drive.

10. Create a Template To publish this document as a template, click “Create”, then click “From template”

11. Create a Template This will take you to all templates within our district.

12. Create a Template Click “Submit a Template”

13. Create a Template Fill in the information for your rubric.

14. Create a Template Select the rubric from the pop up box, then click “Save”

15. Create a Template Your rubric will show up on the list of templates for the Monett District soon.

18. Type in “gapps/” in the url.

19. Log in using your computer log in information.

20. Select “Drive and Docs”

21. Select “Create”

22. Select “From Template…”

23. Select “use this template” next to the Visual Arts Rubric

24. High-lite “Insert Image Here (Then delete this text)”

25. Click “Insert” while text is high-lited

26. Click “image” while text is high-lited

27. Click “Choose an image to upload”

28. Select your image in your ART folder in your Artwork folder and select “choose”

29. Select “Share”

30. Under “Add People” type in “ksmith” Select “Katherine Smith”

31. Select “Share & Save”
