Referee Pathway Level 4 - Development of Basic Skills Capital Football Referee Cadet Program (nomination from club, referee Junior NPL games) Level 3 - Skill Consolidation, one day course, exams, two feedback games(16 year-old +) (minimum requirement for National Youth League AR, W-League AR) Capital Football Referee Academy Program (selection by CF, referee NPL18 and 20 games, selection to national tournaments) National Talent Pool Level 2 Theory - Development of Advanced Officiating, one day course, three exams, (18 year-old+)(minimum requirement for W-League Referee, Youth League Referee) Level 2 - Three assessment games FFA Selection Process Level 1 Theory - Senior Officiating, Committment to Excellence, course, three exams, mentoring of junior referees (minimum for A-League AR, FIFA AR) Level 1 - Two assessment games, fitness requirements (A-League Referee, FIFA Referee)
