Ali Bolick Ali started her career in relocation just two short years ago, joining Compass Group’s Compensation team in a role that has responsibility in both Compensation and Relocation. Managing the Corporate Relocation Program at Compass, she has quickly learned the industry and also recently earned her CRP designation. Previously in the banking industry, the shift to Compass Group has been a welcomed opportunity to combine her interest in both analytics and Human Resources. In addition to overseeing the day to day management of the Relocation Program Ali is responsible for strategic initiatives, plan/policy development and vendor relationship management. On the Compensation side her responsibilities include market analysis, position evaluation, consulting with HR and Managers on special projects, leading system wide initiatives such as merit and bonus planning, and working on the design and administration of compensation related programs.

My skills include leadership and management of the various vendors/partners that support our entire employee population. I have supported numerous RFP processes, implementation, and design of policies; including harmonization of programs and benefit offerings combining large organizations into unified processes. In addition to the above listed responsibilities, I am also responsible for employee programs including education assistance and employee rewards.

Rene Daniels, CRP I actively serve on several boards including Raleigh Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Board, Professional Women’s Task Force and Education Committee. In addition, I serve on the board of Midtown Raleigh Alliance. I have previously served on the boards of both Triangle Relocation Council and Piedmont Triad Relocation Council (both defunct). I understand that the best boards are active boards and am ready to serve. I believe that my strongest skills are my listening and communication skills. I believe that these are really the most important attributes of an effective leader.

I have 13+ years of experience in the Relocation industry, beginning on the corporate side as an HR Manager at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation in Winston-Salem. Since that position I have been in business development roles with a variety of relocation companies from the broker side to the relo mortgage side and now with an RMC. I enjoy meeting my prospective clients and others in the industry and learning about their challenges. I have also been serving in 2016 on the Programs committee with MARC in Atlanta and also TRC in Nashville and have thoroughly enjoyed putting programs together that are impactful for the membership of the organizations as a whole! I think the regional councils have a lot that can be added to all members involved and would enjoy being part of the further development of CMARC and the community in Charlotte. I have served in Leadership and Board positions with several non-profit organizations. I was previously on the Board with PTRC in the Triad when it was active and I was an HR Manager at Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation. I currently serve on the Programs Committee in both Atlanta and Tennessee. I have also served in a Board position with Dress for Success Winston-Salem as well
