Producers can start submitting claim forms from 1 November 2010 onwards Producer presents ID, FAN Meat card, completed claim form and used/unused tags Communal farmers may claim through their FAs Subsidy: N$ 5.00 per set of RFID/ visual tag Compensation: N$ 3.00 for used single visual tags Reimbursement: N$ 6.20 for unused single visual tags Handling claims
