2. OUR JOURNEY BEGINS Winmarleigh is just outside of Garstang. The journey will take around 45 mins We will leave school around 2:00PM on Friday 17 th June: still to be confirmed with Priory coaches We will return on Monday 20 th June around 3:00pm:

3. IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE THE TRIP. Medical forms must be filled in before the trip this includes: medication, allergies or any underlying illnesses or conditions that may affect your child during the trip. We will send this information off to Winmarleigh who will complete their own risk assessment in addition to our own. You can get the necessary forms for Mrs Mattinson in the office.

4. PAYMENT Thank you for your payments so far. The final payment date is the 7 th April 2016 Winmarleigh will take the final payment from the school accounts during April half term.

6. WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING The most important thing to remember is YOU DON’T NEED TO BUY YOUR CHILD NEW EQUIPMENT OR CLOTHING! Here is the suggested clothing list from Winmarleigh. All being well your child should come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Your child can bring £5 to spend. They will not need snacks or food. The children will NOT have time for phones and iPads please do not pack these. (Neither school or Winmarleigh Hall will be held responsibility for any loss or damage)

7. Nightwear (slippers may be useful particularly for younger guests) Several changes of underwear 2 sets of swimwear Toiletries bag and contents 2 large towels (for swimming and wet activities) Bath/hand towel (for use in your room) 3/4 old sweatshirts or fleeces 4 t-shirts At least 1 long sleeved t-shirt (required for some activities) 2 pairs of shorts (knee-length essential) 3 pairs for short breaks and weekends 4 pairs of socks 1 pairs of non-designer trainers (only non-marking soles allowed in sports halls) 1 pair of very old trainers for wet/muddy activities Waterproof anorak (and waterproof trousers if possible) Depending on forecast. 1 complete change of clothes for the evenings Named bin liners (not black) for bringing any damp or wet clothes/towels home THIS IS A SUGGESTED LIST OF CLOTHING. 8. BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS We expect the children to behave as they would in school whilst on the trip. Other schools will be present throughout our trip and we must represent the school perfectly. Any behavior that breaks our school policy will not be tolerated and if these behaviors are repeated we would contact Senior Members of Staff and Parents and ask them to intervene – THIS WON’T HAPPEN THOUGH!
