3 COMPUTER ADDICTIONS Computer game addiction generally refers to an excessive, unhealthy amount of playing computer games. An addicted user devotes the mayority of his time to gaming. The addicted gamer often isolates himself from others, ignores more important responsibilities and is obsessed with obtaining higher status, rankings...

4 COMPUTER ADDICTIONS Is computer game addiction a diagnosticable disorder ? According to an issue, no. Although there have been calls from some mental health professionals recognize computer game addiction as a real disorder.

5 SYMPTOMS OF COMPUTER GAMES ADDICTIONS ➢ Significant interference with school, work or relationships ➢ Avoiding other responsabilities in order to keep playing ➢ Turning down social invitations in favour of gaming ➢ Using your free time for gaming ➢ Playing late at night ➢ Loss of interest in other activities ➢ Regular gaming of 8 hours or more per day

6 MOBILES ADDICTION Mobiles addiction is a dependence syndrome seen among certain mobile phone users. Some mobile phone users exhibit problematic behaviors related to substance use disorders, such as preoccupation with mobile communication, excessive money or time spent on mobile phones.

7 MOBILES ADDICTION Some people are replacing face-to-face conversations with cybernetic ones. The consecuences are:  70% check their phones in the morning within just one hour of getting up  56% check their phones before going to bed  48% check their phones over the weekend  51% constantly check their phones during vacation  44% reported they would feel very anxious and irritable if they didn't interact with their phones within a week
