Results Decisions not implemented -7 (11.1%) 95% CI 3.1% - 19.1%. Patient choice-6 New information -1 No association to surgeon nor patient age, Odds Ratio = 2.4 and 1.0; p = 0.45 and 0.99 respectively

Conclusions Implementation of breast MDT decisions at CGH are in line with published standards Patient views often differ from that of medical professionals Due to the sensitive nature of breast cancer patients may be more likely to decline the advised surgery
