Calendar Habits Schedule to Goal Reconcile your calendar! No SAM? Plan time in your calendar (daily or weekly)15 minutes daily or 30 minutes per week No SAM? Keep a record of events( print your calendar to record impromptu events, changes) Time- Schedule Friday after the work day or on Sunday night after 6pm (allow for time to enjoy family and friends) Schedule teacher observations (20 minutes or longer) refer to previous week to ensure each teacher has been seen bi-weekly)
