«Solagift» Ltd. (a resident of Tomsk Special Economic Zone of Technical and Innovative Type) BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES FROM CONIFER TREES FOR MAKING MEDICATED AND PROPHYLACTIC PRODUCTS FOR ORAL CAVITY

SUBSTANCES FOR MAKING TOOTHPASTES Substance, composition PropertiesRecommended dose Chlorophyll carotene coniferous paste The product contains a compound of biologically active substances, extracted from conifer green foliage. By its physical characteristics the paste is a thick homogeneous product of dark green color with a strong conifer flavor. Composition: Chlorophyll and its derivatives Beta-carotene and other carotenoids Vitamin Е, K sterols Volatile production Major mineral elements and trace elements Waxes and volatiles, salts of fatty and resin acids  Antibacterial and antifungal action  Anti-inflammatory properties  Effective prophylactic of dental caries  Facilitates wound and aphtha healing in the mouth  Prevention of gingival hemorrhage  Strengthening of the gum tissue  Deodorizing action The chlorophyll carotene paste stops the growth of Lactobacillus acidiphyllus bacteria destroying teeth. It was found that in the mouth chlorophyll forms oxygen from carbon dioxide that prevents proteolysis and reduces bad breath. The effective action of coniferous toothpaste in the treatment of periodontal and oral mucosa diseases including lichen ruber planus and leukoplasia has been proven at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry MMSI under the supervision of Professor Y. Fedorov. The chlorophyll carotene paste has a strong antimicrobial effect, moderate wound-healing action. It is a bioactive component, providing a complex care of oral cavity. Effective for prevention of caries and inflammatory gum diseases. 1-3%

Substance, composition PropertiesRecommended dose Provitamin coniferous complex It is a thick oily product of bright orange color with a light coniferous flavor. Composition: Polyprenols – not less 20% Phytosterol – 2-4% Vitamin E – 0,5-0,6% Β-carotene and other carotenoids - 0,4–0,5% Silbiol – 40-50% Hydrocarbon terpenes -5-15%  Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action  Increases gum resistance toward infections and inflammation  Regeneration  Reduces pain and gingival hemorrhage  Reduces dental sensitivity  Antibacterial and anti-fungal action The provitamin coniferous complex have a comprehensive effect. Polyprenols have a strong antioxidant and vessel strengthening action, thereby block the action of free radicals which are accumulated in the area of inflammation. Antioxidant action is directed to inhibition of inflammation by blocking oxidation reaction. Due to a regular use of the products containing antioxidants gingival hemorrhage is reduced, blood circulation in the gums is restored, local immunity is improved, wound healing is accelerated. Polyprenols provide regeneration of oral mucosa. Phytosterols enhance regeneration. Silbiol and hydrocarbon terpenes give the complex an antibacterial and anti-fungal actions. The provitamin coniferous complex has stronger regenerative properties, than antibacterial activity. It is as an active ingredient for making complex medicated and prophylactic toothpastes used in hyper dental sensitivity and inflammatory diseases of oral cavity including periodontitis. The product is effective for regular home use for consolidating professional care and therapy at the dental clinic. 0,3-1,2% SUBSTANCES FOR MAKING TOOTHPASTES

Substance, composition PropertiesRecommended dose Balsamic coniferous paste It is a thick homogeneous viscous product of dark green color. It contains chlorophyll derivatives, resin acids, salts of higher fatty acids. pH reaction – 8-9.  Foaming effect contributing to a better penetration of toothbrush in hard to reach places and better cleaning of teeth from dental plaque.  Neutralization of acid reaction in oral cavity preventing damage of enamel  Antibacterial and anti-fungal action, help to reduce dental plaque.  Light anti-inflammatory action  Deodorizing action The major action of balsamic paste is a strong antibacterial and anti-fungal activity due to the effect of resin acids. It is an active component for making hygienic toothpastes as well as medicated and prophylactic toothpastes with a strong antibacterial and deodorizing effects. 0,5-0,8% SUBSTANCES FOR MAKING TOOTHPASTES

Substance, composition PropertiesRecommended dose Water fraction of CO2- extract of Siberian silver fir 100% natural cell sap of fir green needles. Appearance – transparent liquid Colour – dark cherry Odor – fir taste – fir flavour Solid residual – 2 % Composition: Vitamin С Carotene flavonoids Phenolic acids Maltol (antioxidant of γ-pyron nature with a wide range of action including antibacterial and anti-fungal activity) Major mineral elements and trace elements (iron, sodium, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, manganese)  Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties  Regeneration activity  Reduces pain and gingival hemorrhage  Improves the immune protective function of mucous membranes  Antibacterial and anti-fungal action  Helps to reduce the formation of plaque  Has a light flavor of fir Water fraction of carbon dioxide extract of Siberian silver fir contains antioxidants – the substances preventing the action of free radicals which in large quantities occur in the area of inflammation. The action of antioxidants is directed to inhibition of inflammatory processes by blocking oxidation reactions. Due to a regular use of the products containing antioxidants gingival hemorrhage can be reduced, blood circulation in the gums can be restored, local immunity can be improved, wound healing can be accelerated. It is an active component for making hygienic medicated and prophylactic dentifrice water and mouthwash with a restorative and tonic actions. It is designed for a complex and long-term protection of the gums, for daily care and hygiene of the oral cavity. 0,5–1,5% SUBSTANCES FOR MOUTHWASH

Substance, composition PropertiesRecommended dose Oil fraction of CO2-extract of Siberian silver fir It is a natural complex containing only natural biologically active substances. Composition: Essential oil Vitamin Е Carotene Maltol Phospholipids Sterols Complex of organic acids Major mineral elements and trace elements (phosphorus, calcium, zinc, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, iodine, copper, boron, silicon)  Antibacterial and anti-fungal action  Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties  Regeneration activity  Reduces pain and gingival hemorrhage  Improves the immune protective function of mucous membranes  Helps to reduce the formation of plaque  A strong fir flavour produces a long deodorizing effect The oil fraction of carbon dioxide extract of Siberian silver fir can substitute triclosan which is unsafe for human health. Natural origin of the product and the absence of side effects enables to make dentifrice water and mouthwashes for everyday and long-term use. It is an active ingredient for making hygienic medicated and prophylactic dentifrice water and mouthwash designed for use in oral inflammatory diseases that help to prevent inflammation and gingival hemmorhage, and fight with bad breath. Can also be used as an independent agent for gum massage: 2-4 drops of the extract on a toothbrush, toothpaste is applied over the top and clean the teeth 1-2 times a day. 0,05–0,1% SUBSTANCES FOR MOUTHWASH
