3. LAB-DAY2  Prepration of the CaCl2 + MgCl2 solution used to create competent cell so that plasmid can be introduced into the cell.

4. LAB-DAY3  Autoclave of equipments.  Prepared 70% v/v alcohol solution,that will be used sterlizing in future before starting the other process in the experiment.  Ecoli bacteria will be cultured under incubator in a test tube containing LB(lysogeny broth).

5. PROGRESS IN OTHER AREAS  We have been divided into two teams and are studying previous igem project to get the sense of how and what they will do to participate in igem2015.  PROJECT INCLUDE: use of biofilm for water treatment and ways to sort bacteria with choices of light sources

6. PROGRESS IN OTHER AREAS  An overview of techniques such as Gibson Assembly,PCR.  Introduced to Holliday Junction.

7. FUTURE AIM Prepration of competent cell Standard heat-shock transformation of chemically competent bacteria Culture transformed cell in proper conditions under incubator
