Computer Operations Boot: to power up a computer and load the system software Crash: when a program or the entire operating system unexpectedly stops working Desktop: the Graphical User Interface (GUI) on which you organize icons on the screen

Computer Operations Driver: a special program which enables a computer to work with a particular piece of hardware such as a printer File (noun): stores data, information, settings or commands
