PLATFORM – is a website and or the mobile app where member and merchant/seller shop and sell their product and services online.
MERCHANT/ SELLER – is a third party who post and sell their products and services for the members of myboss community. The company (myboss) do not sell products and services to myboss community. The company (myboss) is just a provider of the platform.
MEMBER – is anybody who is at legal age with user ID and password to access and shop products and services online posted by the merchant / seller in the platform..
FREE REGISTATION OF MEMBER AND MERCHANT / SELLER – Anybody who is at legal age are welcome to join and be a member, post products and services, and be a merchant. Provided that you agree in all Terms and Conditions of Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy of the company (myboss). If you do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions of myboss, we ask you to refrain from accessing this platform.
ELECTRONIC POINTS (ePts.) – The ePoints declared by the merchant / seller on the platform. Please see page 5 for more details.
PERSONAL ELECTRONIC POINTS (PeP) – is your (1) total accumulated personal ePoints purchases within 90 days from the date you joined and (2) every month after 90 days from the date you joined. This PeP will determine your level ranking in referral reward and loyalty reward system Please see pages 7,8 & 10 for more details.

15. CASH BACK REWARD (CBR) – Upon purchase you are entitle to earn 10% cash back reward based on ePoints declared by the merchant / seller on the platform. Please see page 5 for details.
ACTIVE STATUS – is a merchant and member accumulates at least a minimum of 100 personal ePoints (PeP) who will remain active. Please see page 6 for more details.
INACTIVE STATUS – is merchant and member who did not comply with 100 personal ePoints (PeP).
RANK – is your desire ranking to qualify from level 1 to level 12 and earn from referral reward and loyalty reward system and other bonuses design by the company. Please see pages 6, 8 & 10 for more details.
LEVEL – is the depth of level reward to qualify for referral reward system and loyalty reward system.
PURCHASES WITHIN 90 DAYS – All accumulated purchases by merchant and member within 90 days from the date of their joining will count toward referral reward system (RRS) and group referral shares (GRS). This will determine their ranking to reach 12 star level rank. Please see pages 8 & 9 for more details.
UPGRADING – The merchant and member who failed to reached the desired level rank within 90 days from the date of their joining will have a chance to upgrade their rank by clicking designated link for upgrade only on your dashboard. Upgrade purchases will count toward referral reward system (RRS) and group referral shares (GRS).
PURCHASES AFTER 90 DAYS – The monthly purchases by merchant and member after 90 days from the date of their joining will count towards loyalty reward system (LRS) and group loyalty shares (GLS). Your monthly personal ePoints (PeP) after 90 days from the date of your joining will determine your ranking to qualify for loyalty reward system and group loyalty shares. Please see page 10 & 11 for more details.

16. REFERRAL REWARD SYSTEM (RRS) – a reward system through sharing myboss platform to others, become a member or merchant and shop products and services on the platform. Your rank will determine the level and depth of reward. All purchases within 1st 90 days from date of joining. Please see pages 6, 7, & 8 for more details.
NO DEMOTION APPLY – When you reach a certain rank level in 90 days from date of joining ( ex: 6 star level rank) your qualification of earning referral reward is up to 6 levels only. You may upgrade your referral reward level rank to a higher level only by clicking designated link assigned in your dashboard.
GROUP REFERRAL SHARES (GRS) – a 20% global sharing bonus from every 1st 90 days purchases monthly accumulated ePoint of the company. 10% of which for member through unlimited direct referral leg volume that accumulates 12,000 ePoints per leg on that particular month. 10% of which for merchant through every 12,000 ePoints being sold to buyer on that particular month. 17. Referral Reward: all 1st 90 days Transactions
SYNCHRONIZED DYNAMIC ROLLOVER COMPRESSION (SDRC) – means a reward system where in the percentage (%) allotted for reward is being paid out up to the maximum. Example of which is 50% of referral reward ePoints and 50% of loyalty reward ePoints even beyond 12 level ranking from products and services posted on the platform and also the term synchronized means if active; you will simultaneously qualify to earn both referral and royalty reward daily from all 1st 90 days transactions and from all after 90 days transactions. Though this two rewards is paid out weekly but it is being computed daily. Please see page 12 for scenario.
