Afya Bora Consortium: Goals 2 The goals of ABC are to: Develop a model programme for preparing future global health leaders Build sustainable capacity for global health, through training of future leaders, both in developing countries and in northern countries Enhance practical skills building to lead large health programs Enhance establishment of a sustainable South-South consortium that can operate an African-based training program Dar es Salaam, July 2014

You will: Gain practical experience on how to work effectively with an organization or a team Identify, design, implement and evaluate a project beneficial to the fellow and site Prepare a report of the project at the end of each rotation Provide an evaluation report of the attachment site Could be a trial for future employment Dar es Salaam, July 2014
