3. How many of us are totally happy with where we are in our relationship with Jesus?

4. Therefore consider the members of your earthly body as dead to immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry. Colossians 3:5

5. For it is because of these things that the wrath of God will come upon the sons of disobedience, and in them you also once walked, when you were living in them. Colossians 3:6-7

6. But now you also, put them all aside: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and abusive speech from your mouth. Colossians 3:8

7. Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices, and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him— Colossians 3:9-10

8. I.A new life must have a change of DIRECTION.

15. Whatever we put ahead of God, becomes our god.

30. III.A new life must have a change of PURPOSE. 1.We are called to be renewed to a true knowledge of Christ. 2.A true knowledge of Christ will lead us to new life. 3.Our new purpose is to be transformed into the image of Jesus!
