6. TCEQ TCEQ Rules and Regulations Printed training material must be presented in an original manner and must be related to the necessary job tasks and knowledge for the occupational licensees. Public information copied from web sites or other sources is not acceptable as training materials unless modified to be applicable to the target audience and the method of delivery.

7. TCEQ Training Requirements RG-373: Approval of Training for Occupational Licensing RG stands for Regulatory Guidance and is typically a document that TCEQ staff use as guidelines for rule compliance. Most of the RG-373 guidance document was incorporated into the previously mentioned rule to improve enforcement.

If the executive director determines that conference training is more appropriately presented as classroom training, the training provider may be required to meet such requirements. Industry-Related Association (define) An industry related association is a non profit association that represents members that possess occupational licenses issued by the agency. Must not be held in a place of business of a product manufacturer, distributor or service provider. Training location and atmosphere should be conducive to learning - no alcohol, no obscenities and no distraction. Training must be presented by subject matter experts.
