Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) offers countywide participants regularly scheduled opportunities to expand their knowledge of effective family engagement strategies, obtain free or low-cost parent resources, and share ideas with others actively working in the area of family engagement.  What is the Family Engagement Network?
