See Once a Month Assign to ActivityExemptSanction By EF Sign Activity Contract See Once a month By other agency Follow- up letter, return in 10 days Sign Activity Contract Provide follow up letter requesting proof of exemption within 10 calendar days. Forward a copy to FA with EF 123 If sanction posts, CBMS sends NOA in batch. If not, EF worker must send a manual NOAA, & request EDBC/Auth from FA worker. If client no shows, initiate record of non-compliance. Check case the following day for post of sanction. EF Orientation (EFO)
