3 Barnardo’s Registered Charity Nos. 216250 and SC037605 Funded by In 2012, DfE saw the need to bring together research and resources around CAPO in an easy to access service, recognising that: Why i-HOP was needed This is a vulnerable group of children Many professionals who work with children are not aware of the issues, and would not know where to access support Professionals have very little time to explore what support is available and to build relationships with targeted support agencies
