12 TRUSTED AGENT ACCESS ONLY EXERCISE PANAMAX 16 SC Component EMI Procedures USARSO, USNAVSO forces normally have one communications guy who performs all troubleshooting actions and normally starts with troubleshooting the equipment (1-3 day process) CFMCC and CFLCC Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) events are rarely, if ever, reported as a result of the current TTPs AFSOUTH forces normally conduct simultaneous troubleshooting actions Simultaneous troubleshooting across AOC ops floor (space, weather, platform LNO), AFFOR/A6X staff, air crew and operational wing-level units AOC space experts and spectrum managers receive reachback support from Global SATCOM Support Center and Joint Space Operations Center to confirm EMI CFACC forces receive guidance regarding GPS and SATCOM interference within Special Instructions (SPINS) to complement daily Air Tasking Order Joint Spectrum Interference Reporting (JSIR) online reports have dramatically increased and we have successfully used the reports to justify an alternate UHF frequency for use as a backup PMX 16 Goal: Enable USSC, Components, MNFS spectrum managers/operators to exercise spectrum management functions
