7 Looking at ourselves If you can't see success, you can't learn from it. If you can't recognize failure, you can't correct it. David Osborne and Ted Gaebler Do we see the success? Do we recognize the failure? Do we share each other how we overcome challenges and obstacles? Do we share each other good practices on this process? Do you think this process is institutionalized and will be sustained ? Why?

13 Next steps l With advice and input from the countries and EFA partners, UNEDAP prepare a concept paper l Seek initial from possible funding support l Prepare a full project proposal l Mobilize the funding and technical resources l Undertake an evaluation l Document and disseminate the result of the evaluation l Utilize the results of the evaluation for future assessment
