2 About CREDAI CREDAI is the apex body of 11,500 private Real Estate developers in 23 states and 156 city chapters across India and is Incorporated u/s 25 of Indian Companies Act, 1956 CREDAI works towards improvement of ethical standards in housing industry. All its members are signatories of a voluntary code of conduct CREDAI is the preferred platform with regard to national discourse on housing and habitat through strong networking with Government, Policy makers, investors, Financial institutes and Real estate developers

3 About CREDAI CREDAI is the prime knowledge sharing forum for latest industry data, technological advancements and industry benchmarks CREDAI initiatives have been fruitful in liberalization of FDI and investment regimes, streamlining of approvals and creation of financial instruments culminating in the goal of housing for all CREDAI endeavours to represent developers across India by communicating and representing with the policy makers for advancement of housing, habitat and Real estate CREDAI is the CSR arm of registered members with Skill Development, Education and Swachh Bharat as thematic areas
