1 Chess Systems BY CHRIS

2 Digestive system  Chess is a complex strategy game of logic, so you need to eat foods like fish that make you smarter.

3 Nervous system  This system is very important because it allows you to think about where your next move will be. The brain does this with electric impulses.

4 Muscular system  This system lets you move the chess pieces around the board. Some muscles used in chess include the following:  Triceps and biceps  Shoulder muscles

5 Skeletal system  This system works together with the muscular system to allow movement at your joints. The main bones used in chess are the arms and fingers.

6 Immune system  This system is important because it keeps you from getting sick. If you are sick well playing chess, you may not be as alert for the other players moves.

7 Circulatory system  This system pumps blood that carries nutrients to the body and gets rid of carbon dioxide.

8 Respiratory System  This system controls breathing. If you could not breathe, you couldn’t do anything because you would have suffocated.
