Electric Corby CIC is a Community Interest Company –A blend of private company and public sector agenda –It has the flexibility and agility of a private company, but the values and governance of a public body, as all benefits of the company must go to the Community – the Corby Community –It does not have shares, it is governed by a mixed public private Board to manage the business in alignment with it’s Mission and Values
