4. Degreasing operation leads to oil contamination in degreaser liquids which needs separation. Tramp oil in water soluble emulsion coolants needs to be removed to contain anaerobic bacteria. Air compressor storage silos have water condensation with oil escape from air compressor lubrications. Strom drains in Petrochemical industries having oil contamination in water. Automobile handling stations including garages, Petrol pumps where oil mix up during rains and floor washings needs to be separated. Oil Water Oily water mixture

5.  Take one hard plastic sheet.  Cut it from side in require size.  Fit the electric motor on it.  Connect battery with motor through electric wire.  Fit compact disk with motor.  Provide sump tank of plastic for collect oil.

6. In one plate take mixture of oil and water. After some time put separating equipment in that plate. When we put it, start the electric supply. After applying the electric supply the motor is start & oil adsorbing by compact disk which is made by Pb( lead). That assorted oil separated by dr. knife. After separating oil & water collect oil in other vessel & water stay in plate.
