NOTIFICATION FOR FIRST EVALUATION (PROPOSAL DEFENSE) : FOR RESEARCH STUDENTS Will be approved in JKPS monthly meeting held normally on the first week of the month No news is good news Valid for 3 months Date will be fixed after report is sent to the office Turnitin similarity index - < 20%

WORK STATION FOR RESEARCH STUDENTS Provides space for full time PhD and Masters by research students only ‘Open-concept’: Every research student can use at first come first serve basis. Students are fully responsible of the safety of the room and its facilities.

OUR EXPECTATIONS Students to take charge of their own academic planning and activities, e.g. class schedule, online registration, project datelines, graduation requirements, withdrawal datelines and procedures, etc. Comply to the “academic calendar” for a particular semester. Students to meet with their supervisor on a regular basis. Students are encouraged to participate in the faculty’s activities (colloquium, research talk by visiting professors, workshops).
