3. History ● Founded by Waveloch in the 1990's ● Tom Lochtefeld is current CEO and founder ● Big rock surf spot in La Jolla was inspiration ● 1991 first flowrider ● 1993 first flowbarrel ● Many accomplished boarders such as Kelly Slater and Tony Hawk worked with him

Cost ● Expensive but it is fairly reasonable considering the durability ● There are some maintinence costs but those are rare ● 1.5 million to install a flowbarrel 1 million to install flowrider ● $20 an hr to ride flowrider $40 to ride a flowbarrel ● There are special discounts and promotions ● Includes shipping, handling and setup costs
