20. New students Foreigners who hold resident visa should go to local service center of National Immigration Agency to apply Alien Resident Certificate within 15 days. Fee ： NT$1,000. (1 year) 20

33. 33 ★ If you overstay less than 30 days and you are still a student, you can take the enrollment certificate to local service center. After paying the fine, your ARC may be renewed without exit. You must complete the whole process by yourself.
