WIOA Career Pathways A combination of rigorous/high-quality education, training, and services that— Align with the skill needs of local industries; Utilize a range of secondary or postsecondary education options, including apprenticeships; Includes advising/counseling; Consists of education within the context of workforce preparation activities and training for a specific occupation; Accelerate educational and career advancement; Provides opportunities for secondary school diploma/equivalent AND 1 or more recognized postsecondary credentials; and Helps an individual enter or advance within a specific job or occupational cluster.
