27 The Minority Report Annual Analysis of SCSEP Service to Minorities How to Find Individual Grantee Results Volume II contains tables listing all analyses for each grantee The tables indicate where there is a statistically significant disparity in service or outcomes If a grantee has an instance of under-service or disadvantage in outcome, its row is highlighted in yellow

29 The Minority Report Annual Analysis of SCSEP Service to Minorities How to Use the Information in the Minority Report If both tests are met, indicating under- service to minorities, it should be addressed If the disparity is statistically but not practically significant, the grantee should monitor to ensure it does not increase

30 The Minority Report Annual Analysis of SCSEP Service to Minorities How to Use the Information in the Minority Report Employment outcomes If a grantee has a significant difference in outcome in entered employment or retention, there is only a 5% chance this happened by chance If the difference in rates is high but not statistically significant, the grantee should monitor it to see if it persists or worsens

31 The Minority Report Annual Analysis of SCSEP Service to Minorities How to Use the Information in the Minority Report Comparisons Grantees can compare performance to nationwide results or results for state or national grantee groups It is not possible to directly compare PY 2007 and PY 2006 participation or outcome results If grantees under-served in both years, action is needed
