Overall Change & Reconfiguration 5 year restructure Changed from modular classroom day service to a service embedded in the community Divided service into smaller separate locations within Bandon town Used Person Centred Planning to clearly hear and understand choices people wanted to make Moved people who lived in congregated settings to community living
