STRENGTHENING BORDER CUSTOMS CONTROL OF SHIPMENTS OF DUAL-USE GOODS AND TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WESTERN BALKANS” AND TECHNOLOGIES IN THE WESTERN BALKANS” CRYSTAL PALACE HOTEL, SOFIA, 4 – 7 OCTOBER 2005 Facilitation of the Administration Risk Assessment: Facilitation of the Administration Risk Assessment: There are three business groups: Legitimate and sound business, duly licensed by Administration and members of the Bulgarian Industrial Association, Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc.. Doing business regularly; New comers with new licensees and potential to develop; and beginners with no indications for their business behavior. A pilot project of advanced electronic submission of information from business (BIA) to Customs administration is implemented for 6 months in 2005. Its positive experience can be extended in the area of dual use goods and technologies. Thus, both Customs and business will be facilitated.
