Center for Homeland Security Establish a program that: –Focuses on the education of the future workforce High School Community College 4-Year College/University Certifications/Retraining –Partners with academic institutions and employers to: Develop curriculum and skill sets Promote improvement in the studies of technology, science and engineering –Establishes an Internship Program Develops and maintains Internship positions Resources internships at all levels –Develops and Maintains a Security Clearance Sponsorship Program The goal is to provide a ready workforce at all skill levels to meet governmental, non-governmental and private industry needs.
