Checking your work Introduction: FOCUS Does it explain clearly your intentions in the essay and reflect the content? Paragraph 2: does it explain the organisation of the essay?

Body of essay: does it illustrate what was announced in introduction? Does it contain in-text citation and supporting evidence? Conclusion: does it summarise main points, state implications?
