6. 9. Product warranty 9-1. If any trouble or defect in workmanship which the company is regarded liable for occurs, we agree to repair or replace the defective one without charge for 6 month from the date of supplies. 9-2. If Bag open, the assurance period is 3 month. 10. 4M Change Notification 10-1. In case of the situation that needs to change manufacture process, specification, both sides should contact each other and come to an agreement beforehand. 10-2. Exchange the modified specification by mutual consent. 10-3. Deal with inventory of products manufactured before changes in the plan by mutual consent. 11. Delivery Form 11-1. 8. Packing Method STEP1 : Coating Roll Packing Descriptions 1. 제품을 PE-Film 으로 감싼다. → 2. PE-Film 중앙 부위에 제품 검수서를 부착한다. → 3. 제품 양 측면에 홀더를 삽입한 후 PP banding 을 한다. → 4. 지게차를 이용하여 제품을 하부 box 에 적재한다.( 방습제 삽입 ) → 5. 홀더 양 측면 빈 공간은 종이 Pad 를 끼우거나, PP Banding 으로 유동이 없도록 한다. → 6. 제품이 유동되지 않도록 Pallet 와 P.P band 로 고정 한다. → 7. 상부 Box 상단부를 OPP Tape 로 봉한 후 하부 Box 위로 덮는다.(B/Film 박스 활용 ) → 8. 상부 Box 측면에 라벨을 부착한다.( 제품정보 정보 ) 보빈 PE-Sheet 상부 Box Holder 하부 Box 제품 성적서 방습제 (2ea) 2 PP Banding 제품 정보 (1 장 ) 2 Pad 제품이 유동되지 않도록 Pallet 와 P.P band 로 고정
