Fitness Gym Possibility to train: Individually Guided lessons = by the guidance of a trainer Trainers will help you get started and help you with your workouts PS! No personal trainings!

Classes start at: Gym and sports games: o 08:00-09:30 o 10:00-11:30 o 12:00-13:30 o 14:00-15:30 Group trainings: o 08:10-09:10 o 10:10-09:10 o 12:10-13:10 o 14:10-15:10

Physical Education First you have to register your course in ÕIS Code is HSK3031 - 2 ECTS For entrance you need ISIC or Estonain Student Card, which you can get from Student Union U01-217. Without the card you will not be able to enter the sports hall or attend classes starting from 19.09

How to come to trainings? 1 Step 1 – REGISTER IN ÕIS Without registration you will not be able to take part of classes Step 2 – ENTER SPORTS HALL Register your card at the gate ‘Bleep’ nr 1 Step 3 – CHANGE CLOTHES FOR CLASS Sport clothing Workout shoes (you have to have a spare pair for working out only – indoor shoes needed!) Training towel Water bottle

How to come to trainings? 2 Step 4 – GO TO CLASS Make sure to take your ISIC card, 2 nd registration is needed before the class. Bleep nr 2 Step 5 – CHANGE AND SHOWER Step 6 – LEAVE THE BUILDING Make sure to check out in the gates Bleep nr 3 NB! You have to stay in the building at least 60- minutes Gates open 30-min prior and 20-min after the classes start

How to get your assessment? You have to attend classes at least 20 times in a semester! After 20 times you can keep training First class has to be checked in before 10.Oct 2x per week is optimal Practical lessons and assessment start is from 19.Sept Extra week during exam session II week of January One day of trainings = 1 time out or 20 No classes during term break

When you come to the Sports Centre Take a 2€ coin with you – needed for the lockers. Make sure you have INDOOR SHOES that you do not wear outside. Get familiar with the time table. Don’t be late to the class. Keep your ISIC card with you all the time
