Using the results of internal evaluation Conferences High-class leadership Using feedback reports of advisers to share the best practice in different fields of leadership 2 or 3 conferences at the same time on leadership in schools; 1 separate conference for kindergartens 2 goals: to acknowledge innovative schools and to share best practice 2011

11. What are the benefits of all those conferences? The best way to promote the internal evaluation is to show the positive aspects of this process. By enabling schools to present their experience we celebrate their success publicly. We create a space for schools to learn from each other. 2011
