Banister Research and Consulting Inc. In 2014, the City of Airdrie contracted Banister Research to conduct the Winter Road Maintenance Survey. The objective of the survey was to provide the City of Airdrie with insight into the perceptions and opinions of residents regarding: Satisfaction with the quality/frequency of current snow/ice control practices; Support for various tax increases for potential service enhancements; and City communications about winter road maintenance in Airdrie. Two (2) surveys were conducted as part of the research: General Population Telephone Survey (n=400) The MOE is no greater than ±4.9% at the 95% confidence level, or 19 times out of 20.
