34 What if you forgot something? If the Region hasn’t started the review, you can go back in. Just don’t change the first purpose or you’ll need a new signature page. 35 Helpful Hints If you don’t need to make a change in a particular section, don’t touch it. 37 Helpful Hints For re-certifications, always include the institution’s printed policies on admissions refunds R2T4 SAP Don’t submit programs or locations prior to having accreditation and/or state approval 2016 ILASFAA Annual Conference 37

38 Helpful Hints Use middle initials for individuals whenever possible Federal Debarment List Keep copies of everything, including the mailing label/tracking information Make sure you don’t have excess cash in G5/COD for any prior years Use Question 69 to explain anything unusual 2016 ILASFAA Annual Conference 38
