9 You have to know what you’re trying to do before you can do it, right? NDC/NICHCY has developed a dissemination plan (which you can adapt). First, we looked at the needs of our different audiences. Then we identified appropriate strategies. http://nichcy.org/dissemination/tools/ourplan

10 From there, we developed a table with our project objectives, users, dissemination mediums, how we would evaluate our dissemination, and a timeline for our efforts.
