3. LEC Board Report  The LEC continues with their monthly teleconference.  The LEC and APC have been working together to plan the next IFTA Manager’s / Law Enforcement Workshop that will be held in October, 2011  LEC sponsored the M and M Blitz again this year.

4. LEC Board Report  The LEC along with the Jurisdiction of Illinois has also sponsored Ballot #01-2011.  The LEC has been tasked with updating the Best Practices guide and will be adding to it the decal placement recommendation.  The LEC has had a decrease in committee members due to budgetary issues and some retirements. The Committee currently has 11 members and is actively recruiting to fill vacancies in the respective jurisdictions.
