9 Tokai means one who collects or picks up the abandoned things. Who is Tokai ?

10 He is a boy of the street having no home and health. He has no definite place of residence. How is he/ she ?

11 Usually, he has no parents or relatives, nor has he any definite means of livelihood. How is his lifestyle?

12 He leads a very dirty and unhygienic life. He puts on rags and patched up clothes. How is his life and cloth ?

13 Write the life style and his clothes of a Tokai. Pair work

14 Bad smell comes from his body and dress. Bad smell How thing does come from their body and dress ?

15 He roams about in the streets picking up torn papers and clothes, wood and other refuses. He earns his livelihood by selling those things. What thing does he pick up and sell ?

16 Sometimes, a number of tokais gather together and play about in the streets. Tokais pass their night on the verandahs of shops, pavement of street or railway platforms. What are they doing ?

17 If he can save money, he goes to the cinema hall to enjoy a film. This is the way of their life which is dull and colorless. Where does he go if he get money ? How is their life ?

18 They are care-free and are not moved by any thought about the future. The tokais figure becomes prominent when the political leaders need to show a large number of supporters. What is the future of them ? When do the figures of Tokais become prominent ?

19 During hartal, they (Tokais) are hired for picketing. They also join political processions for money. When are they hired by the political leaders ?

20 It is a social responsibility of all to work for setting up these rootless boys in life so that they can lead a normal and happy life What is the social responsibility to them and for what ?

27 A life of a Tokai Tokai is a local Bangla word. It means one who collects or picks up the abandoned things. He is a boy of the street having no home and health.
