Member of the Bar Association of Zaragoza and the Bar Association of Madrid, as the owner of PAJARES & ASOCIADOS ABOGADOS. President of the Spanish Chapter of the International Association of Lawyers. Member of the International Association of Lawyers (U.I.A.), he has held the post of President of the Bankruptcy Law Commission of the International Association of Lawyers between 2008-2012 and he was Advisor to the President of the same Commission between 2012-2015. Member of the Ibero-American Bankruptcy Law Institute. Director of the Legal Services at the Zaragoza office of ERNST & YOUNG ABOGADOS, S.L., between 1999 y 2003. Arbitrator of the Court of Conciliation and Arbitration in Aragón. Lecturer on the Law Master's Program at the University of Zaragoza. He provides services as an independent counselor, being part or not in the Management Board, Advisory Board and/or Executive Board, of various business companies involved in the food sector, with plastic, catering, entertainment, elderly people, development and building, SIMCAV, etc., besides advising big investors on the management of real estates and assets.
